Allan Mechanical is beginning work on a 25,000 sq. ft , 2 story medical office building addition to existing Fairview Northland SMOB hospital.

The HVAC system will include cooling and ventilation supplied by Trane VAV units supplying VAV boxes with hot water reheat coils. The heating for the building will be provided by the existing steam heating system which utilizes hot water heat exchangers.
