The National Marrow Donation Program building construction is now underway.

The building features cooling and ventilation to be provided by 3 Seasons Four high efficiency custom rooftop air handling units. A high efficiency hydronic heating system including boilers, pumps, and distribution piping will heat the building. Ductwork will be distributed throughout the building to VAV boxes with hot water heating coils.

Allan mechanical will be providing over 225 VAV boxes throughout the 7 floors of construction.

The project completion is projected for 7 months from now.
