Our HVAC design/build plan for this newly constructed 125,370 sq. ft. building includes two Trane VAV units (130 & 105 tons) with boiler and hot water heat. The space includes a 5500 sq. ft. class 10,000 clean room and a research lab. All systems are operated by Trane wireless controls.
