Allan Mechanical continues to move forward in the HVAC design of a Bloomington, MN retail complex including a Fresh Thyme grocery store, underground parking, and shell retail spaces. Allan Mechanical starts construction on 300,000 s.f. distribution center located in Maple Grove, MN.
Xcel Energy Training Facility Phase II and Phase III.
Phase one was recently completed which included VAV roof top units with hydronic reheats. This project is a LEED project. Phase II and Phase III will be new facilities with infrared heating, CO/NO2 exhaust and make up air. Will utilize roof top units for heating and cooling.
CH Robinson
New building is currently under construction and is part of CH Robinson’s existing campus. It will be approximately 81,000 sf. Mechanical system will be a VAV system with electric heat.
Coon Rapids Medical Building
New 32,000 sf medical office building located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Mechanical system will be a design-build 90 ton VAV system with electric heat.
