• Manufacturing facility for desiccant units that service the battery manufacturing industry. 
• Exterior smart glass from Viracon that changes its shading ability based upon the solar intensity at the time.
• Manufacturing area is served by 325 Tons Daikin roof top units and one (1) 10,000 cfm CDI desiccant make up air unit with two (2) 40-Ton Daikin condensers.
• Front office is mechanical served by two (2) 50-Ton Daikin VAV roof top units serving thirty-nine (39) VAV boxes for tight zone control.
• Complicated design by Allan Mechanical Corp has proven to provide a low humidity environment with excellent space condition control.
